Is it just me...

...or are films coming out on DVD much more quickly than in the past? I swear that we just saw Juno a few-ish weeks ago and I see that it's coming out on DVD already. Seems like the time between theater and DVD release is getting a lot shorter somehow.

I was always under the impression that the time to get to DVD was directly and inversely correlated to the quality of the movie. So, like, Shawshank Redemption would take several months, but Pumpkin Head 5 would be DVD'able in like two weeks.
